I brought my 2001 Ford Ranger truck in for regular maintenance and a smog test. They replaced the rear O2 sensor and were able to clear both O2 monitors, leaving only the CAT monitor to clear before I could pass the smog test. Heather let me know that she'd come and pick me up at home so that I could complete the drive cycle myself, which I did yesterday and I was able to clear the CAT monitor. I will be bringing the truck back in this week for George's Shell to do another smog test and it should pass now. I am very happy with the work they did, which also included replacing an air intake manifold gasket. I give high praise to Heather for driving the truck, which is a stick shift, in order to clear a few of the monitors. I would highly recommend George's Sierra Shell for all your vehicle's needs. They go above and beyond! Thanks to you all 😀

Easy to get an appt (online!) and really nice folks. I was having an issue with my a/c fan making an intermittent noise and the smell of something burning from the engine compartment (suspected to be something to do with said fan) but after 3 hours of trying they were still unable to replicate the issue. Because they couldn't replicate it to diagnose it, they did not charge me for their time. I can't imagine too many places will do that for you these days so I highly recommend them! Very fair.

It’s always a good experience at George’s Shell. In my opinion the crew working on my vehicles are highly skilled and experienced. The Service is always prompt and polite and I am always updated on the status of my vehicle repairs. I highly recommend them to my friends and family.

George’s Shell worked on my vehicle as well as my mother’s vehicle. My mother doesn’t trust just anybody working on her car, she’s always taken it to the dealership. Since they did a great job on mine, she brought hers as well. The repairs were done in a timely matter. The pricing is reasonable. Both our vehicles are running smooth. The customer service is top notch. Would definitely recommend them.

I have a 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD. I asked Google Gemini if there was a shop nearby that could do front suspension work for Tesla EVs. It told me that George’s Sierra Shell was the place. I took it in for an inspection and Enrique identified the issue right away. Heather ordered my parts and I returned in two days. Heather offered me coffee and water and told me that I could watch Netflix in the waiting area. She also told me that Johnny could drop me off and pick me up, once my car is done. I felt like a VIP! This entire shop offers outstanding customer service! If your Tesla needs suspension work, come here. You won’t be disappointed!
